![]() CLO$URE made the Calgary Herald's Best Plays of 2007 list! By our second week, we were selling out almost every night! From the sick mind that brought you One Yellow Rabbit's smash hit In Klezskavania comes a tale of sex, money, and that love you just can't shake. For one night, how much would you pay to really "be with" The One That Got Away? The One ex you never got over. A thousand? A million? Your heart? And if you were The One, would you take the money and do the deed? At what cost? |

| I Think I'm a
Wolf September 1999 A play/dance/musical I co-wrote with my band The Plaid Tongued Devils, Ken Cameron (Director), Anita Miotti (Choreographer/Performer), Elizabeth Stepkowski (Performer) and Brian Hansen (Performer) as the Berzerkrgang Collective. Anita Miotti's Choreography for I Think I'm A Wolf was nominated for a Dr. Betty Mitchell Award. A man wakes up sorrounded by dead bodies. His mouth and hands covered in blood. He phones the police for help but his call is intercepted by a sadistic Were Animal Reformer, Dr. Leather Pig. Her institution, populated with Were-beavers, were-snakes etc. Only Stinky the janitor can help him escape. But is he a werewolf or not? |

In Klezskavania February 1998 and April 2005 One Yellow Rabbit's most succesfull production. A play billed as a "Gothic Gypsy Rock Opera". An imaginary country called Klezskavania, where an evil, womanizing, booze soaked Baron Leo Von Tanatmount, his vampiric wife Penultima Arcane, and his Bible thumping son Lorne who own the whole country are usurped by a faceless beggar named Vlad and his Eurotrotting cabaret star/hottie, Lucy DuLamour in a tale of revenge, love, death and castle bathroom humour. I wrote about half the script for both mounts. The One Yellow Rabbit ensemble wrote the other half. My band The Plaid Tongued Devils wrote the score. The 2005 remount won the band the 2005 Dr. Betty Mitchell Award for Outstanding Score. |
